Agreement between Artists and Ida Publishing ApS

Step 1: You choose 1-5 of your designs. It can be a 100% motif. Or a section. The amount goes to graphic preparation of variants and technical creation in the webshop.

You can create with these 14 variants per artwork:

Art cards: A5, A6, A7

Posters: A5, A4, A3, A1, 70x100

Canvas print: 20x20, 40x40, 40x60, 100x100, 100x120, 150x150cm

Step 2: Submit title and image file(s) of your works. We accept TIFF, JPEG and SVG

Step 3: Submit profile text with description of you + photo

Step 4: Our graphic designer prepares and adapts the images so that they fit into our range and prepares thumbnails for the shop and print-ready files for production. And you will be registered on the webshop within a few days.

Step 5: When your products are purchased via www.idapublishing.shop , you receive 10% of the sales price, which is settled to you every quarter.

Step 6: You are marketed via our relevant channels.

Step 7: You have the option to buy for your own consumption at a discount. Orders are placed at info@idapublishing.shop .

Step 8: You are now ready to show and sell your artwork in our webshop.

Areas and exclusivity

By entering into this agreement, the artist transfers the right for Ida Publishing ApS to use submitted files to print, sell and market products on which the motif is used.

Basis of calculation

For use in Kunstner's control of sales calculations, Ida Publishing ApS undertakes to send an overview of Kunstner's turnover for the period in question at the same time as payment.

Termination of the agreement

You can cancel your agreement with one day's notice. After this, Ida Publishing ApS has no right to print or sell your motif in the future.

Jurisdiction and choice of law

As soon as image files and other information are received, this agreement is accepted by both Kunstner and Ida Publishing ApS.

Ida Publishing ApS reserves the right to reject frivolous or defective submitted forms, or if the quality of the image files is too poor.
