These general terms and conditions of trade apply to all deliveries from idapublishing.shop
The conditions apply in the event that no other written agreements have been entered into between you as the buyer and idapublishing.shop.

Call, email or chat with us
You can call us between 10-15 all weekdays. If you send us an e-mail, we always try to get back to you within 24 hours. You can also get in touch with us outside of opening hours. Our chat function means that you can chat with us when we are online, but also outside of opening hours. If we are not online, we will get back to you as soon as possible (within 24 hours) if you ask us a question.

Order
On our webshop www.idapublishing.shop we sell art cards, posters and canvas prints with/without frames. If you before 14 have approved a purchase incl. our trading conditions, your order will be forwarded on the same day to our business partner, who will start production.

Price and payment
In this store you can order your goods online and pay with different types of cards and solutions. We use Shopify's payment gateway. Payment can be made with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, MasterCard and MobilePay. No transactions on idapublishing.shop are subject to fees. An amount greater than what you have approved can never be withdrawn. All prices in the webshop are stated in Danish kroner and include VAT.

Documentation and guidance
If there are product descriptions and user guides for the item, these are included with the delivery from idapublishing.shop. If you want further information or advice from idapublishing.shop, this is for guidance only.

Delivery time and transport
Delivery of goods from idapublishing.shop is considered to have taken place when you have received the goods.

The risk of the goods
The risk for goods purchased at idapublishing.shop passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.

Complaint
Any errors or deficiencies in delivery must be claimed within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error by e-mail info@idapublishing.shop . It is your duty to indicate and, upon request, show when sending a photo how the error or deficiency manifests itself. If you discover other errors, you must quickly contact idapublishing.shop by e-mail info@idapublishing.shop . As a rule, you can only complain about faults that appear no later than two years after you have received the item.

Right of withdrawal
Idapublishing.shop offers a 14-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive your goods. You are obliged to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as it was received. You must bear the costs associated with returning the item yourself.

Access to complaints
If you want to complain about your purchase, write to info@idapublishing.shop . If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with relevant boards in the area, if the conditions for this are met. The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsens vej 35, 2500 Valby, www.forbrug.dk . If you are a consumer residing in an EU country other than Denmark, you can complain to the EU Commission's online complaints portal here: www.ec.europa.eu/odr .

What we do with your personal information (personal data policy)
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us at idapublishing.shop, we need the following information:

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you. Personal information is registered at idapublishing.shop and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is being collected and why. The employees at idapublishing.shop have access to the information registered about you. Information submitted to idapublishing.shop is in no way passed on or sold on to third parties, and we do not register any personally sensitive information. As registered with idapublishing.shop, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be directed to idapublishing.shop via e-mail info@idapublishing.shop . When you send a free e-card via our website, we register your e-mail address and sign up for our newsletter.

Cookies
At idapublishing.shop, cookies are used with the aim of optimizing the website and its functionality, thus making the visit as easy as possible for you. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time, how depends on your browser. 

Log statistics
We use log statistics on idapublishing.shop, which means that a statistics system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website they leave, etc. The log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimizing the idapublishing.shop webshop.
